Space for Dreams
Bright pink lipstick, a lascivious facial expression, waving manes and an all too small top, next to it a sublime Indian and a wild witch. Everything shines and glitters. A strange genre, somewhere between kitsch and art, which seems to come from another time, when pictures were cheaper than large prints. From another time and another world, namely the world of fantasy. Exactly for this world fairground paintings are the perfect mirror – they show what man dreams of.
