Pencil of Nature
“It had to be winter. I was looking for motifs like ink paintings, for the brush stroke of nature. And for the interplay of spirituality and nature. The lunar gates, for example, give the Chinese garden dynamic frames and the landscape is designed in such a way that new poetic perspectives arise again and again. The nature in the garden might look wild, but is designed to five different views and to result in visual poetry.”
