Dehli Anachronism
Old Delhi. You wander through narrow streets, past tiny shops. Juxtaposition, jumble, confusion, chaos. Above it all is timelessness.

From the “Delhi Anachronism”-series a cooperation with my student Gaurav Verma was born. We wanted to find out how the motifs of a joint photo tour differ due to personal preference or cultural influences (left is Gaurav’s work). It was striking that Gaurav’s work in many ways seem to be less coined by typical Indian aesthetic features than mine.
