In a city that has its own memorial dedicated to the barber, this job must be something very special. In Havana, one can see barbers on every street corner, sometimes simple, sometimes chic, sometimes casual. The own hairstyle allows people to make a statement about themselves and their identity, especially in a country where it is not so easy to do this through consumption.
